10 Fruit Infused Water Flavors To Help With Weight Loss

If you're still working on your summer bod goals then fruit infused water could help you along the way. Water, mixed with fruits and vegetables will help to hydrate your body like plain water but with a bit more flavor and nutrients.

 

If you're looking for something that will curb your high caloric juice and soda cravings, the following naturally flavored waters might help. Remember, drinking water alone is no magic weight loss pill, but it's a good habit that will help you on your fitness journey. 

 

Be sure to drink all of your water within 24 hrs after making (to avoid mushy fruit) and experiment with various fruit and vegetable combinations. Make your beverages enjoyable and unique to you - the possibilities are endless. Enjoy! 

 

What you’ll need:

Fresh or frozen fruit 

Fresh vegetables

Filtered water (preferred)

Mason jars or 1-2 quart pitchers or infuser water bottles

Ice (optional)

Instructions:

Wash fresh fruits and vegetables thoroughly

Fill mason jars, pitchers or water bottles with fruit, vegetables and water and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours

Add ice to serve immediately
